went to school early to clear up the counselling room... =( then headed for the mediation workshop. a video on mediation was screened... it was indeed interesting. had a role play after the short break. was the 'mediator' for the first round, together with yan lin, then became 'disputant - lily' during the second round... amelia was the other 'disputant'... called me 'cold mountain'... haha. cos' we had to act our role as disputants, then call each other names (kidding of course)... =p it was really hands on... i liked the role play activity the best throughout the workshop. though it was a short half day one, the teachers managed to capture the essence and rules of mediation... great workshop! presented mdm loke and mrs gan with the flowers after the session before they left... and mdm loke encouraged us to continue bringing sunshine to others, something like that. but it was really nice. and sunflower is mrs gan's favourite flower! =D mrs gan also commented that there were strong bonds fostered among peers... yep, definitely... i feel that our exco has grown stronger and in a sense, more committed to our cause, and to each other. but i would say this only took place in the later part of the year, and even more so after 'the news'... well, better late than never rights? a million, billion, trillion, gazillion thanks to the teachers in charge and the senior comm for putting all eight of us together, otherwise i would not have come across such a lovely, gregarious bunch of people (especially when all put together!)... we will continue to shine our lights on the people around us yea. =)))) after the workshop, went to catch the 1430h shutter show at ps gv with melissa, hui shan, eugene and yen soon... we sat right in front, as in front row. haha... =X craned our necks practically all the time just to see what's on top of the screen... haha... funnie lahhs. during one silent part of the show, when the whole theatre was absolutely quiet, eugene began opening the packet of doritos... haha.. *crumple crumple* *passing around* it was not very scary or what lahhs (i can imagine all of them saying 'yar right...' haha)... sat at bk after that... had chicken cheesesticks! heex. yumms. stayed there till 6+... couldn't finish my dinner when i reached home... =X enjoyed myself, definitely. =D
