chinese new year day 1 happy chinese new year! didn't bother staying up that late last night, went to bed at about one am. then the next day, was supposed to go to my aunt's place in the morning, but luckily dad called them up first cos they'd decided to go out. so the guest that was supposed to come for dinner came for lunch instead... left for my aunt's place close to 2pm. my sis commented yesterday that this was the most fun new year over there ever. hahas. that was because, we ended up playing with our niece and nephew. =) (now i understand why sim wan loves ting ting soooo much =p) at first it was just our close-to-five-years-old nephew showing us how to play his little computer, which teaches how to pronounce letters, words, and have games, that kind... then he proceeded to playing his game boy, and now my sis wants one for christmas, which is mooooooonths away. haa. then our niece managed to get permission from her mum to bring us to her place which was nearby, to see her pet rabbit 'fluffy'. haha. my sis helped to fill up the rabbit's water bottle. and i, the food bowl. super intelligent girl lahhs. when we went back, she had some milk and fell asleep, leaving me and my sis to entertain her mischievous brother. whoas. my sis and i took turns to sword-fight him. of course let him win rite? haha. got play with toy cars, ultraman figurine... in the end, my sis was tired out. little kids. don't you just admire their energy? and so 2005's cny visiting revolved around my niece and nephew. didn't stay there for long due to some reasons. but when we got back, my sis and i slept until seven plus, having dinner only at 8.30pm. sim wan: thanks for uploading the pictures alr!!! thanks thanks! there's mulan on teevee tonight. =D
