hydrotherapy is the use of warm, deep water in a quiet environment for therapeutic effect. it alleviates the discomfort of physical impairment and maintains the range of movement. physically disabled children are liable to lose muscle bulk, strength and flexibility through their inability to move independently. these children benefit from hydrotherapy, as they are supported in the water and are able, with the assistance of adults, to move their limbs. physical activity on land may be hard for such children, but with the support of water and the assistance of adults they may be able to move their limbs; spontaneous movement in water is much more attainable. * it's time to know how to dismantle an atomic bomb... =)))))) kaes, you probably have absolutely no idea what i meant by that. haha. unless you're a michael buble or u2 fan!!! =) kinda corny the way i phrased it, but the bold words are the titles of their albums respectively if you didn't already know. yupps. got both albums today! whees. a nice surprise from my darling sister. hahas. =D have just finished listening to it's time and it's wonderful. got the right jazzy and soulful feel. so buble. buble reminds me of kelly (or was it raj) from the apprentice 2. if there's one song that i would listen to over and over again, right now, i'd recommend home. heard it on the radio the other day and i'd thought that it was jamie cullum. brilliant tracks. okayys, got the clao grade this afternoon. and i'm happy to announce that i don't have to retake chinese. with a b4, there'll be no more chinese papers for the rest of my life. =D no more china studies. no more chinese teachers. no more chinese orals. no more listening comprehs in chinese. and i'm getting a treat at lawry's sometime soon. =D was having a slight headache since i woke up this morning and after lunch i was drifting in and out of slumber on the couch. woke up to see ruifen and sim wan's smses. and. ruifen has gotten ny's 2004 sch mag before all of us does. through underhand means. hahas. jk. =p had chem spa yesterday. didn't manage to complete the last attempt. oh wells. if only we had one or two minutes more... =X was released after the spa, so went to orchard with peiying for a while. went to dfs, but surprisingly, didn't have what we were looking for... walked around a bit more at taka before heading for home. met an exclassmate, no, actually three exclassmates from ij. saw kristin on the 105 bus we took, and jasmine ng and charmaine at the train station... the train was packed the first time round, and it took so long to depart. and when the next train came, the minute i got on it, the door closed. ahhs. nice song on the radio now. krafty by new order. kaes, i'm going to listen to how to dismantle an atomic bomb. =p
