day 1. haa. started off the day with cramps, and resorted to the painkiller. i really really wanted to call in sick. but i just thought, go ahead and try it out, maybe i might enjoy it. and i've learnt how to operate a wireless nets machine. but. i tore a two dollar note. yikes. =X well, after today, the sales line is ok to me, but i don't think i would want to do it as career kind of thing. i'm still sticking to my preferences. =) it wasn't fantastic or anything, but what made me terribly happy was the after-work-activity. i had to return my today-due books (my csi miamis and malay conversation book), and i'm glad to have gone to browse. ok, so you may think a trip to the library is not something very fun, but for me, today was my happiest trip to the toa payoh library. i have been happier at the bukit merah last year (cos i had a couple of csi books), but never had been so at tp's branch. the past few books i had gotten were the csi miami series, and my! today i finally got my hands on cold burn!!! you have no idea how happy i was. =D AND! it was not placed at the proper shelf somemore k. =D whees. got a few more books too, those book-turned-movie/movie-turned-book. must love dogs and a life less ordinary. so, i am very happy. so what if it rained all day? so what if i had cramps? so what if i had to be polite to people all day? so what if i didn't get to run today? what matters is that i am happy right? haha. to top off my overflowing joy, i got a copy of football yearbook 2004/2005! it has everything! =D and i also bumped into peichin. she had only borrowed a few, unlike me haa, but well, WHO SEES CSI BOOKS ON THE SHELF EVERYDAY? =)))) so that's it. i've got many books to read. i'm still on sim wan's harry potter and the philosopher's stone. yayy. =) and i don't know why i'm thinking about you. take a listen to this ; good to be here by the animators
